Call to Order:

Chair called the meeting to order at 6:04pm. Six voting members were present.

Agenda:

Agenda approved with one addition, information for potential scholarship fundraiser.

Minutes:

Previous meeting Minutes approved.

Treasury Report:

Current financial standing provided by treasurer.

Chair Announcements:

• Mobilize announced, discussed.

Old Business:

• Discussion and planning around Nov 15 movie night fundraiser. Movie synopsis, raffle ticket sales and item coordination, family/child friendly, snack donations requested, concessions open during seating and screening.
• Foreshortened review of SCC meeting.
• List of services and resources now provided in Mini-Pantry.

New Business:

• None.

Floor Announcements:

• Monday nights at the JC Library in Buffalo. Musical performances.
